Health and wellness interested UX/UI designer

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced UX/UI designer with excellent digital skills where you will be responsible for taking the UX/UI design of our Zinzinos websites and Apps to the next level. You are super passionate about UX, customer journey and UI design. You love backing your design with research and testing to ensure the best possible quality. You are a specialist in UX design but have as well experience with visual design.

To be successful in this role, you should have practical work experience from a similar role ideally in an e-commerce or tech company where you have been responsible for creating web content for an e-shop and web page. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we would definitely like to meet you.

Who You Are

You are structured and easily identify problems and challenges. You are proactive, can set up processes and pay great attention to details which shines through in your pixel perfect designs. You are also fully capable of working independently and know how to prioritize. Also, it's important that you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working closely with others.

What You Will Do

• Designing for our Zinzino websites as well as projects doing landing pages for campaigns or reworking a Zinzino app
• Develop UX/UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Take responsibility for the quality and execution of design throughout all phases of a project
• Create designs in line with best practices for search engine optimization
• Conversion rate optimization using A/B tests and analytics
• Be best practice advocate within web to support the vision of other teams and make it come true
• Generate design specification documents to be implemented by developers

We expect you to

• Be fully fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, Sketch
• Have great experience in web design and creating great landing pages that convert
• Have experience in results driven design
• Used to work in agile workflows and KANBAN structure

Experience you bring:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and proven track record as senior UX/UI Designer
• BSc in Digital Design, Computer Science, or relevant design education
• Exceptional English skills in written and oral communication
• Good time management skills
• Team player with a “can do” mentality and an extreme eye for details
• Experience from tech company or e-commerce within health & lifestyle
• Studio/agency background is a bonus
