At the logistics department we work with sales strategies, delivery and production planning, inventory optimization, etc.Every month, we ship approximately 90,000 packages per month around the world from logistics centres in Sweden, France, Poland, USA, Canada, Australia, India and Malaysia. We aspire to deliver on expectations and always keep our word.

Zinzino is growing rapidly, and we need to further strengthen our organization and are now seeking a Logistic and Material Planner to our logistics department.

About the role
Your main focus as Logistics and Material Planner will be to work with Sales & Operations planning. This means, among other things, holding a dialogue between different departments within the company in order to predict and communicate the upcoming needs of the current suppliers to optimize inventory levels and ensure the right product, at the right location and time to the right quantity.

You will also be handling the operational purchase of materials for our production through call-offs, follow-up and monitoring of the material flow from our suppliers. In addition, you are responsible for purchasing materials and for optimizing the turnover rate of purchased components.

As Logistic and Material Planner at Zinzino, you will work closely with sales managers and other stake holders throughout the process flow to have a full understanding of the project timelines and priorities. You have a key role in driving our logistics based on our goals and strategy.

What you will bring to the team

• Relevant academic education.
• Experience working in a similar role with focus on material requirement planning.
• Proactive mindset and analytic skills.
• Knowledge and a good understanding of the entire Supply chain.
• Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 or similar systems and good knowledge in MS Office.
• Very good knowledge in Swedish and English as the work takes place in both languages.
• Responsiveness to change and that the opportunities to influence the work are great.

As a person, you are good at seeing the big picture and have a business mindset. You are flexible, ready to dig in where needed as you will get a varied workday where tasks can involve contact with customs officers, customs administration, material controlling, material planning and transport planning to name a few.
