We are looking for a new member to join our Finance team at our Headquarter in Västra Frölunda, Gothenburg. 

About the role
We offer you a broad position that includes all the duties within the finance department where the emphasis will be on ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliation in an international environment.

As a member of the finance team, the applicant will be part of a happy international team consisting of accountants, tax specialists, controllers.

You will work includes tasks such as;

• Process invoices and managing accounts payable
• Process payments, reconcile bank statements, track bank deposits and payments
• Prepare documentation for the monthly closure process
• Other daily accounting activities

What you bring
As a person, we see you as proactive, responsible, accurate, analytical and results-driven. You see it as a matter of course to meet deadlines and deliver high quality.  In your role as an accountant assistant, you have a critical but at the same time agile style of communication. You enjoy working in a changing environment and are used to quickly getting acquainted with new tasks.

We would like you to have good knowledge of excel, are tech savvy and interested in learning new business systems. If you also have previous experience of e-commerce and reconciliation of payment flows, we see this as an extra merit.

Qualifications

• Academic degree within accounting, finance or equivalent
• More than 1 year of experience from a similar role
• Intermediate competency with Excel
• Ideally you are fluent in both Swedish and English as the work takes place in both languages. Other languages are a merit.
