Zinzino Operations AB is recruiting a skilled Senior Web Content Producer with an interest in health and lifestyle to support the global marketing team of Zinzino. Zinzino is a direct selling company with a focus on test-based, scientifically proven nutrition and health products. The company has high growth ambitions and is currently operating in more than 100 markets and focuses on global expansion. The headquarters is located in Västra Frölunda/Gothenburg, Sweden with approximately 150 employees.

Role Description

You are a curious and highly motivated  Web Content Producer who is passionate about empowering users with your content creation skills and your ability to find synergies between creativity and data insights.

As a Web Content Producer at Zinzino, you belong to a dedicated marketing team where you will mainly work with our webpage and our Zinzino web shop. The web shop is global and currently available in 27 languages. Your main focus will be on content creation: Planning, developing, editing, and publishing market-adjusted content in the form of text, images, and video for zinzino.com in cooperation with a cross-functional communication team.

The job involves overseeing digital marketing strategies to engage customers and ensure that the content creates a positive view of Zinzino as a company and brand. You will work closely with a team consisting of UI/UX designers, web administrators, copywriters, and other stakeholders, ensuring that our website has the right look and feel with selling and highly relevant content.

Qualifications

Your primary task is to ensure that all content on our website contributes to a modern look and feel in line with the company’s brand and communication guidelines and to ensure that a good user experience is guaranteed. As part of your task, you will keep all content up to date in line with the marketing content plan and ensure continuous website improvements based on data insights. Furthermore, you are producing web content that not only attracts but also increases sales in the e-shop, as well as making sure our Customers and Partners find our content in a simple and logical way. You will monitor the quality of the website in all languages to maintain consistency, accuracy, and relevance.

We are looking for someone with solid work experience from a previous web content producing role. Since you have a great responsibility for how our brand is presented and our products are sold on the site, we expect you to be well organized, detail-oriented, and structured. You will work on several projects at the same time and ensure that you and the team meet deadlines.

You thrive in creating and distributing valuable content to improve user experience through copy and content and show strong skills in web content creation, meaning you have a good understanding of handling Figma, CMS systems and SEO. You have experience in monitoring web traffic and other metrics to identify best practices and you enjoy using Google Analytics as a tool to continuously improve our web experience.

It is important that you are either a native English speaker or show excellent English skills, both in writing and verbal. Swedish and additional language skills are a merit.

We are looking for you with the following experience:

• A business degree or relevant practical education in web content marketing
• Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role, ideally within an e-commerce or tech/health company or from working at a content/in-house agency
• Good knowledge in handling web content production to grow the brand in digital channels
• A good eye for online visual merchandising and a burning interest in web content creation and optimization. 
• Solid experience in using Optimizly as CMS as well as web analytic tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Open Web Analytics) and Microsoft Office
• Interest in and knowledge of digital infrastructure
• Experience in SEO on-page and off-page optimization
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Knowledge in picture post-production is a merit
• Experience in working agile and with Kanban systems
• Good project management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent language skills in English (both written and oral) with a habit of expressing yourself flawlessly in written communication. Ideally, you speak and write Swedish as well. Other languages are a merit.

As a person, you show excellent communication skills, are a structured team player with a “can do” mentality, and have an extreme eye for details. In your role, you need to have a strong drive for delivering outstanding results and have a high degree of flexibility. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
