To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and driven Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our global sales team and play a vital role in supporting the further development of the DACH market.

About the role

In your role as Sales Manager, you will assist the Sales President of DACH & Türkiye in creating and implementing sales initiatives, providing excellent support to our Partners and Field Leaders, increasing sales and qualification levels, identifying needs, and solving potential pain points to help Partners succeed.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you are a passionate, results-driven, and positive-minded team player. You are a relationship builder who develops strong partnerships, enjoys making contacts, networking with people, attending field meetings, taking part in events and leader meetings, and managing business and product presentations. You make sure to recognize promotions and celebrate success.

As the link between the field and our HQ, you ensure timely and accurate communication to Partners and Sales Leaders regarding brand communication, product information, new product launches, and campaigns.

You are a true advocate who represents Zinzino in a professional and effective manner.

What you bring

In this role, you are responsible for delivering excellent support to our Partners and Leaders. You work as part of a team to solve problems and act proactively, ensuring that support is provided whenever necessary.

We trust that you have solid sales experience from a similar position, preferably within a direct selling organization, and that you are used to working with a premium consumer brand.

We expect you to be a driven, well-organized, self-motivated, and structured team player with a can-do attitude and a strong winner’s mentality.

You will contribute to the department’s overall budget and revenue through the activities and opportunities you generate within your role.

We are looking for you who is/has:

  • High emotional intelligence and genuine empathy
  • Strong communicator who listens more than talks
  • Enjoys training and developing partners — online (Zoom/Webinars) and on stage as a speaker
  • Confident, authentic presence in front of audiences (small groups to large events)
  • Deep understanding of different regional DACH mentalities
  • Adapts communication style without losing authenticity
  • Coach & enabler mindset – supports leaders, doesn’t control them
  • Relationship-focused, long-term oriented
  • Comfortable working with independent entrepreneurs
  • Experience in Sales, ideally Direct Sales / Network Marketing. 
  • Fluent German, solid business English
  • Basic French is a plus (nice to have, not required)
  • Willing to travel regularly within DACH

Qualifications

  • Higher education or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years of direct sales experience
  • Good analytical skills and an interest in analyzing data for business development
  • Customer service experience and skills
  • Experience in public speaking and the ability to deliver attractive presentations
  • Passion for learning and sales
  • Self-motivation with a results-driven approach
  • Understanding of the cultural differences within this regions

Since we operate globally, it is important that you have good English skills, both written and verbal. Native-level German is a must. Additional languages would be considered an advantage.
