Zinzino is growing and expanding into new markets, and we are strengthening our Business Development team by adding a Business Operations Associate. This role suits someone who is structured, curious and motivated by working hands-on with projects, coordination and business development operations across several departments.

You will work closely with our Business Initiative Lead and our Business Development Project Manager, and report to the Chief of Business & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and launch of new markets and contribute to the improvement of existing markets.
• Conduct market research and gather insights to support business cases, decision-making and expansion projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with teams such as logistics, finance, IT, marketing and communication.
• Assist with tasks related to product registration, integrations, documentation and general project follow-up.
• Prepare materials, reports and analyses needed for ongoing development projects.
• Take responsibility for smaller project parts and support senior colleagues in planning and execution.
• Ensure smooth collaboration and information flow between the departments involved in development projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Finance or similar.
• Strong interest in business development, market analysis, market development and project work.
• Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working hands-on and taking responsibility for follow-up, coordination and execution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Merit: experience in expansion in Asia, especially APAC region.
