What do you like about working at Zinzino?

Personal growth, teamwork and constant development are the top 3 for me. Inspiring the change in life to our customers, Zinzino inspires us to achieve our goals, develop our skills, and work towards making difference in the world. The passion to feel personal grow and working towards common goals globally have been following me throughout the years at Zinzino.

What makes working here a good fit for you?

Since we spend most of our life working, it is crucial to feel comfortable, safe and growing at your position. I love Zinzino products, working in the international environment and setting new goals and working towards them in my position. Earlier in my career, as soon as I got bored, or felt that I am not developing in the workplace, I would quit the job immediately. I have worked at Zinzino since 2013 which explains quite much. Exciting projects, new challenges and the best team makes Zinzino good fit for me.

What’s your background?

I grew up in the beautiful Lithuania. After university studies I worked as a tourism manager in the travel industry. I moved to Sweden in 2011 and after couple of years of studies and jobs in other companies I started at Zinzino in 2013. My parents are both working in the pharmaceutical industry and I used to spend my childhood at the university of medicine observing my mom researching different medicine and inspiring her students. That made a great impact on me and affected my choices in the future.

Apart from my family I was inspired by many people that showed/expressed passion in their lives: kings, athletes, philosophers, colleagues, random people that I spoke to at some casual occasion.

Favorite quote?  Your top 3 favorite Podcasts/Books?

My favorite quote: ”if you want to change the world – start with yourself” (Mahatma Gandhi).

Favorite books for the past 6 years are fiction by Astrid Lindgren, Camilla Brinck, Hans Christian Andersen and some other authors that my daughter adores Paolo Coehlo” Alchemist” and Brené Brown” Dearing Greatly” (I love Brenés Podcast – she is amazing). When I need a brainwash” Smartless” is a perfect entertainment.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I love travelling the world with my family, reading books with my daughter, or watching a movie with a bowl of popcorn in the sofa :D However, I do not like lazy weekends, since it seems that I am missing out something, therefore, anything like sports, theater, nature adventures – I love it!

Last year I tried winter bathing and now a hiking tour in the is on the” to do” list.

French speaking Customer Support Representative

Zinzino is growing rapidly, and we need to further strengthen our organization and are now seeking a French speaking Customer Support Representative to our Support department.

We are currently looking for someone that is passionate about customer service and want to make a difference for our customers and partners. We want a person that will go above and beyond to assist our customers and partners with their enquiries whilst maintaining a positive attitude. Zinzino’s overarching vision is to inspire change in life. We want to disseminate this philosophy to as many people as we can, giving them high quality products to improve their health. 

About the role

Zinzino stands for personal, familiar contacts between Partners and customers. Your task will include

  • Telephone and email support to the company's French partners and customers. When necessary, also help supporting other countries, mainly in Europe.
  • Administrative tasks such as database management and invoice cases.
  • Registration, deviation handling and follow-up work.
  • Handling of complaints.

This is where you fit in!

We are looking for our next Customer Service superstar to join our team at the Head Office in Västra Frölunda (Gothenburg) and in Gdańsk (Poland). We offer you good training in all our products and different admin systems, however as prerequisites we ask from you:

Criteria:

  • Native -level fluency in French, speaking and writing.
  • Fluent in English in speech as well as written, other language knowledge is meritorious.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to solve any problems that may arise
  • A can-do attitude
  • Always keep smiling!

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Preferably a few years of experience from Customer service or other service profession. 
  • Meritorious if you have previous experience from similar tasks in customer service function.
