Zinzino is growing rapidly and are seeking a Payment Team Associate to join the Payment Team in our Finance Department. As a Payment Team Associate, you will be a highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual with expertise in invoicing and various banking operations.

Responsibilities:

As part of our Payment Team, your duties will include:

• Commission Payments: Administering commission payments based on sales performance and commission structures to our Sales Partners globally.
• Refunds and Chargebacks: Managing refunds and processing chargebacks.
• Incoming Payments: Handling incoming payments across all markets.
• Analysis and Validation: Analyzing and validating commission payments and accounts payable.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the Customer and Partner Support and Accounting Teams to manage internal emails and resolve payment related cases.
• Reporting: Preparing monthly commission reports for external offices and the Accounting Team.
• Administrative Tasks: Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing paperwork, and managing electronic documents.

Requirements:

• Economics background. Bachelor’s in accounting or related field is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing payment operations, accounting, or similar roles is highly desirable.
• In-depth understanding of commission structures and calculations.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and accounting software and/or various business systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Salary rage for this position is 28 000 SEK - 32 000 SEK per month.
