Hi Anja Svedberg, Material Planner

What do you like about working at Zinzino?

I have worked at Zinzino for a couple of months now, and it has been great months so far. Not only do I have great colleagues around me, I also feel like I can contribute with something good to the company through my work. Another positive thing to mention about Zinzino as a workplace is the culture. Everyone that works here has a very welcoming attitude towards all people, which is very important.

What makes working here a good fit for you?

I feel like working at Zinzino gives me a great opportunity to work with what I am passionate about and what I have studied. In addition, it also allows me having fun at work. Being in a good team is essential for me to thrive at a workplace.

What’s your background?

I grew up in a small town called Trollhättan, in Sweden. Since I was a young child, I have always loved planning. It has been a big part of my life. Already when I could write by myself, I always made lists and detailed time schedules for my birthday parties. The planner inside me has been stuck ever since then. A few (read: many) years later, I decided to move to Gothenburg to study logistics. In the spring of 2021, I graduated from the logistics program at university and a
few months later, I am sitting here as a material planner at Zinzino. I am very proud to now be working with what has followed me since I was a kid.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Since I have a lot of energy, I often work out or go for long walks, listening on podcasts, during my spare time. My favourite type of work out is - believe it or not – going to the gym, how boring it ever seems. When I am not working out, I like visiting my parents. They live with our dog on the countryside, so I love getting a break from the city on the weekends.

Other than that – it is not a rare sight to see me at the sofa in front of Netflix on Friday evenings.
